Talking about the recent tragedy that hit MAS airlines, I had an insensitive friend who said that he would not want to fly Malaysian Airlines anymore as his life was too precious. But it’s not as if MAS was asking for two tragedies within four months. Its just being at the wrong place and the wrong time… just plain bad luck. It could have been any other airlines that was shot.
As a Malaysian, I would still fly MAS. Even more now as they need the support.
I will always love MAS. For its good or bad and not just because my dad works there. I will love the fact that it’s our first airline company, love it for its logo is a Wau, their uniforms are Kebayas, their, colors remind me of home with its blue and green mixed together. And for the fact that our flag is always on it, flying among Giants.
People who blame MAS for the tragedy that has fallen upon them are just victim-blaming.
I am a proud Malaysian.
and I am proud of MAS.
